This is the first book from Cathy Falconer. Held in the Verbal Arts Centre, the well-attended launch featured guest speaker Pip Jaffa of the Parents Advice Centre.

The launch took place in the Ráth Mór Centre with guest speaker Michael McGuinness.

Book Fair
Held in the Junction on Bishop Street, displays included The Verbal Arts Centre, Holywell Trust and, of course, Guilhdall Press.

25 November 2004, Book Launch - The Greening of Larry Mahon

The first novel from playwright Dave Duggan.

The launch took place in the Café Artisan in Bookworm bookshop with guest speaker journalist and broadcaster, Jenny Witt.

Comic novel from local writer Garbhan Downey.

Summer Days & Tossed Salad
The second anthology from the Maiden City Writers group was launched in the Verbal Arts Centre on Thursday 4 July 2002.

All the members of the group were in attendance and each did a short reading from the new work.
